We want you to be entirely happy with your order and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 60 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us for an exchange or refund. If you elect to exchange we will not charge you for the postage on the new item. Items must be returned in the original packaging and not worn, washed, damaged or have had the tags removed.
Your package will come in our courier bags that have a second sealable strip and a returns label, simply fill out the returns information, re label and re seal the bag and drop it off at your post office.
UK returns are complimentary
A returns label is provided and paid for.
Europe and Rest of the world
A returns label is provided but you will need to purchase the appropriate postage to return the package.
